WELCOME TO SOUTH COAST COMMUNITY SOCCER LEAGUE The SCCSL was established in 1996 to enable the soccer residents of the Saddleback area to have a League of their own. Traditionally, this has been a Veterans League for 35 yrs and older, however, over the years we have allowed four younger players to play for each team. The selectiveness and high quality of soccer have made this League a growing one and the best around. Today, the League consists of three divisions, with the same format, grouped according to competiveness: Premier First Division Second Division This format allows everybody to have access and to play at the level they feel confortable with. First and Second place teams from lower divisions can also move up to show their abilities.
